How does it work? 1. Buyer and Seller Agree to Terms Both parties agree to terms of the transaction, which includes a description of the vehicle, sale price, number of days for the Buyer's inspection, and any shipping information. Either the Buyer or Seller signs in to Australia Auto Brokers and creates a transaction. If either the Buyer or Seller is not a registered user, they must register with Australia Auto Brokers. Registration is free. The initiating party defines the terms of the transaction and provides information about the vehicle. This information includes: * E-mail address of the other party * Length of inspection period * Party responsible for paying our commission * Delivery options * Shipping costs The initiating party confirms the information entered, and agrees to our instructions. The other party is notified by e-mail, to sign in and agree to the terms of the transaction provided by the initiating party. After both parties have agreed to the terms, the Buyer will be asked to submit payment to Australia Auto Brokers. 2. Buyer Pays Australia Auto Brokers The Buyer submits an available payment option. Australia Auto Brokers verifies the payment. Processing time varies by payment method. When payment is received, it will be verified and secured into a non-interest bearing trust account. After payment is secured, the Seller is notified by Australia Auto Brokers to ship the vehicle to the Buyer. 3. Seller Ships vehicle Upon payment verification, the Seller is authorized to ship vehicle and submit tracking information if available. Australia Auto Brokers verifies that the Buyer receives the shipment. The inspection period will not begin until Australia Auto Brokers has confirmed delivery of the vehicle or the Buyer marks the vehicle as received on the transaction screen. 4. Buyer Accepts the Vehicle The Buyer has a set number of days for an inspection and the option to accept or reject the vehicle. For more information, FAQs - Return Questions. When the Buyer accepts the vehicle or the inspection period expires (at which point, the Buyer automatically accepts), the disbursement of payment will begin. Please note that Australia Auto Brokers may perform additional verification before funds are released. Payment is sent to the Seller with our commission deducted. If the buyer rejects the vehicle, he must notify Australia Auto Brokers and then the seller is responsible to get his car back or hire a shipping company in order to deliver to a place at his choice; in this case the buyer will receive a full refund. 5. Australia Auto Brokers Pays the Seller Australia Auto Brokers pays the Seller if the buyer agrees to keep the vehicle minus our commission. In this case the transaction is complete.
